We believe that many projects fail not because of substandard offerings, but due to lack of focus on the business case, user expectations, proper program management and change management. We can help our clients in building the business case, gathering and analyzing requirements, bid process, and project implementation. We provide a high-level program management service to ensure that projects remain in line with the expectations of the stakeholders, and deliver quantifiable business value. We support our clients during the complete service and technology procurement process, from defining the business requirements to assistance during tendering process, subsequent contract negotiations and project delivery. We act as client representative during the entire process.

Definition, design, and development of bespoke software solutions, primarily related to web enablement and portals, GIS, and underlying Information Management systems:

Whilst many client requirements can be met by commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) software, there are still instances where a particular requirement can only be fulfilled by building a bespoke software solution, or customizing the COTS software. In these cases, we help our clients in formulating the business case, requirements gathering and analysis, initial design, prototyping and management of third party software development contracts. Although in some instances we can provide the actual development services (particularly for smaller systems), our current focus is on systems design and management and effective control of the development process.

Bespoke research in IT/IM technology and best practices:

We provide focused research services on emerging technologies, their organizational/operational impact, and benchmarking various suppliers.

Technical marketing support:

We have considerable experience and contacts in the upstream Oil & Gas IT business, and can provide support for clients' ongoing or project based marketing initiatives.
